How long does it take to activate my Account?

Your account will be activated within 1 working day after your application has been approved.

Does somebody come and install something on my computer?

Prop Expert is an online property and tenant management system and it is not necessary to install anything on your computer.

Can I use Prop Expert if there is no internet connection?

Prop Expert is a web based system and can only be used online.

What if I want to cancel my account?

Prop Expert does not lock you into any contract. Should you wish to terminate your account, send written notice and your account will be terminated at the end of the month.

Who will train me?

From within your ‘My Prop Expert’ dashboard, you have access to the main functions within the System and if you wish to contact us, our dedicated support team is available to assist you.

Is there after sales service?
